Arro20e2.gif (1032 bytes)Have a dialogue with him, or her, and state the most important thing you believe you can do to build trust with the individual. Rank from 1-5 the characteristics from what you believe are most important to least important. Avoid problems of situational or dispositonal attribution when providing your list below. What did you  learn most about yourself  in relationship to your projections and building trust? What is important in building trust?
