In today's busy society many people deal with stress from the time they wake up until the time that they go to sleep. You may find yourself in traffic on the way to work, at work you get frustrated and have to work late because of another's laziness, maybe you have children and have to deal with them at home. Whatever it may be, it is true that life is stressful. If each one of us takes a deep breath and views each negative situation with a positive attitude it can zero out the situation. If each one live by this mathematical law, things can only get better.
