Review the limits of liability

You expressly agree that the use of this information on this Website, and any standardized testing which is restricted by code or password, is to be used at your own risk. Although the instructor is reasonably certain as to the accuracy and  authenticity of the material, the user agrees to utilize discretion and judgment in the use and application of the material. Any standardized testing should be kept confidential by the user and the instructor reserves the exclusive right to use the information, anonymously, in the use of research and publication without any rights or royalties claimed by the user or the accreditation granting institution or college. If this is not in agreement by the user, then the user should refuse to take the test or use any material which he/she finds objectionable, as the consequences thereof will have no effect on the student's grade. Points are earned which convert to a letter grade and many options are presented in obtaining the points, including but not limited to, bonus points, extra projects, and other mutually agreed upon assignments.

No liability will be assumed by the instructor for any material utilized outside of the context of the course. All material posted in the threaded discussion groups is under the jurisdiction and domain of the instructor. Anyone who chooses to utilize the threaded discussion group understands that, by consent of usage, the material may be edited, published, or deleted  by the instructor.

Any downloading, or reproducing of any material without the instructor's permission is subject to copyright laws. The user bears sole responsibility for the use of any material quoted, or taken out of context, and/ if outside of the purview and supervision of the instructor in the duration of the course, the user bears sole responsibility for its interpretation and usage, and agrees to hold neither the instructor, nor Green River Community College liable for its misuse. The user understands that any damages to a computer system, or loss of data that results in the download of such content, is the user's sole responsibility.

To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, the instructor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of inability to practice or use said material or testing..
